Van Allen Probes EFW boom deploy tip-tip lengths as a function of universal time.

An IDL routine called rbsp_efw_boom_length.pro can be used to load these tip-tip lengths as a function of time.

It's found in the SPDSW (SPEDAS) software package at http://themis.ssl.berkeley.edu/socware/bleeding_edge/spdsw_latest.zip
